MotionVista AI values your privacy and data security. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you when you use our mobile application, website, and related image and video generation services (the “Service”).
01Scope
This policy applies to MotionVista AI's generation, creation management, website, and support services. Third-party websites, applications, AI providers, and sharing platforms have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover services that you access independently.
02Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Creation inputs: prompts, source images, portraits, aspect ratio, duration, quality, and other generation settings;
- Generated results: images, videos, previews, and related task information produced to complete your request; and
- Contact information: your email address and communications when you request a launch notification, submit feedback, contact support, or exercise a privacy right.
Information generated when you use the Service
- Device and technical information: the random identifier created by the app, device brand and model, operating system, app version, language, country or region setting, network information, IP address, request timestamps, and basic request logs;
- Operational and diagnostic information: task status, error details, feature interactions, and performance or security information needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service; and
- Local data: preferences, creation history, generated media references, saved-media status, and content reports stored on your device.
The current product does not include advertising, advertising attribution, in-app purchase, or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
03How We Use Information
We process information to provide the Service, perform our agreement with you, protect the Service, comply with law, or act with your consent. Uses include:
- Creating guest sessions and completing image, video, or Face Motion generations;
- Uploading selected media and displaying, saving, downloading, and managing generated results;
- Validating file formats, handling permission requests, and restoring task or creation status;
- Detecting abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of content rules;
- Diagnosing errors and improving reliability, performance, and user experience;
- Responding to feedback, support requests, privacy requests, and launch-notification requests; and
- Meeting legal obligations and protecting users, the public, and the Service.
Where required by law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis, including performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations. If we plan to use information for a materially different purpose, we will provide notice and request consent where required.
04Device Permissions
You can withdraw camera or photo access at any time in your device settings. Features that require a withdrawn permission will stop working, but unrelated features will remain available.
06Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.
Local creation history, preferences, saved-media status, and content reports generally remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Inputs, task records, and results processed by online providers may be kept for periods that vary by data type, provider, and legal requirement. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or restrict its processing where appropriate.
07Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, including transmission protection, access controls, least-privilege practices, and necessary log review, to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No system is completely secure. Avoid uploading highly sensitive information and keep your device protected.
If a security incident creates a high risk to your rights, we will provide notice through a reasonable method and take remedial steps as required by applicable law.
08Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request data portability; or complain to a regulator. You can also:
- Manage camera and photo permissions in system settings;
- Delete local creation history in the app or clear related local data by uninstalling it;
- Use the unsubscribe option in an email to stop launch notifications; and
- Submit a privacy request using the email address below.
California privacy rights
California residents may also have the right to know, correct, or delete covered personal information and to opt out of certain sales or sharing. MotionVista AI does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To submit a request, email shannonroland15@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. A legal exception may limit some requests; if so, we will explain the reason.
09Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum digital-consent age in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child who may not lawfully provide it. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us using the address below.
10International Processing
Depending on your location, the model you select, and where infrastructure is located, information may be processed outside your country or region. We use contractual, organizational, or other appropriate safeguards required by applicable law and limit transferred information where practical.
11Policy Changes
We may update this policy as product features, processing practices, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice through the application, website, or another reasonable method.
12Contact
